The questionnaires will be emailed and completed online. Initial appointments are around 90 mins via zoom or phone. Once booked i will ask that you complete a Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA), the turn around on results is usually 2 weeks and this will need to be completed and results received before your second appointment. A Treatment Plan specific to you is formulated based upon questionnaire results, initial appointment notes and the results from the HTMA. This plan involves: Dietary, lifestyle and potential supplemental interventions and may or may not include further testing recommendations.

Longer term support for some patients is necessary and in these cases I will provide follow- up appointments
